Terms of Use
These terms apply to Tap Counter, developed and published by Yakup Pekdemir under the Pekdemir Labs brand. By downloading or using Tap Counter, you agree to them.
License
You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use Tap Counter on Apple devices that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store terms. Where Tap Counter is distributed through the App Store, Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.
Purchases and subscriptions
If Tap Counter offers in-app purchases or subscriptions, payment is charged to your Apple ID and managed entirely by Apple. You can manage or cancel subscriptions at any time in your App Store account settings.
Your content
Anything you create in Tap Counter is yours. These terms give the developer no rights over your content, beyond what is technically required to store or sync it at your request.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse Tap Counter — including reverse engineering or redistributing it, or using it in ways that break the law or Apple’s terms.
Intellectual property
Tap Counter, its design, and the Pekdemir Labs name and brand are the property of Yakup Pekdemir. All rights reserved.
Disclaimer
Tap Counter is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for damages arising from the use of the app.
Changes
These terms may be updated as the app evolves; the current version is always published at this address. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
